INFLUENCE OF LEARNING ENVIRONMENT ON INCLUSION OF VISUALLY IMPAIRED LEARNERS IN PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN BUNGOMA SOUTH SUB COUNTY
The study targeted 97 head teachers and 97 senior teachers from 97 public primary schools. Through simple random sampling, 78 senior teachers and 27 head teachers were selected to take part in the study. The head teachers’ interview schedule and senior teachers’ questionnaire were employed to collect data. Piloting involved three public primary schools in the neighbouring Bungoma East Sub County. Content and construct validity of the data collection instruments was ascertained by two university supervisors’ scrutiny while reliability was estimated by computing chronbach’s alpha coefficient. STUDYING ON THE COLOR CHANGES OF NATURAL DYE EXTRACTED FROM RED ROSE BY USING FOUR METHODS
The purpose of this study is to know about natural dyes and able to determine the variation of the color brightness of red rose flowers depending on mordant. In this study, four color extraction methods are used and also use three different mordant. To know color brightness, some pieces of cotton fabrics are immersed in natural dye, dried and recognized their colors. Nowadays, there are many pollutants and people's health are more important. BIOLOGICAL EXTRACTION OF CHITOSAN FROM AQUATIC BIOWASTE–A LOW COST TECHNOLOGY
Biologically extracted shrimp chitosan appeared to have superior quality than chitosan derived from crab shells and fish scales.
