This study assessed challenges and prospects of funding secondary education for sustainable development in Rivers state. The study concluded that principals should keep proper records of school finances so as to avoid problems of underfunding and there should be education funding standard and budgets which should not only be made but also implemented.

ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINE SYSTEM USING ARDUINO

Advanced electronic voting machine system is an Arduino based project which will be very much useful to count our votes at the time of general election. Our voting system will have enhanced features to store the counting again and again. In this project, Arduino Uno ATmega328 is the heart and brain of the circuit. Its controls the complete process. It will get input from the keypad and it has a possibility to show the number of counts in the LCD display.

PATENT TERM UNDER REVIEW

If two parties entered into an agreement today for issuance of a Patent Licence whose term runs for more than the statutory duration of twenty (20) years, what backs a claim against the non-compliant licencee? Is it legal to run such a contract beyond its term? Has jurisprudence indicated otherwise with regard to the duration of patents? Do the rules of contracting have any bearing on this? It may be about time to consider a patent term capable of review beyond the normative.

This study mainly focuses on the exploring the problems and factors which may affect negatively on the Chinese language teaching and learning in secondary schools, Sri Lanka. Similarly focuses on the countermeasures to develop the Chinese language education in Sri Lankan schools.
